Please assist another one of our readers who is currently studying at Nottingham Trent University for an MSc in Psychology. As part of this course she is required to undertake a research project of her choosing.

There is a need to collect data for this project which is on the psychosocial sources of the self-stigma associated with seeking psychological help (bit of a mouthful!).

The research covers if any particular social grouping (family, partner, friends, work etc) has the strongest influence on an individual's level of self-stigma specifically concerning seeking help for psychological issues such as depression and anxiety.
